Terms & Conditions

 

LIABILITY FORMS FOR NEW GUESTS AT FLY STUDENTS

All Fly guests must fill out a liability form before their first class, participating in a private session or private party and event. The liability form can be filled out when registering for classes online. For all Fly Studios camps, aerial party and events guests will be required to fill out an E-waiver form before participating on the training mats. Filling out an E-Waiver is simple and easy for all of your guests to sign before the date of the party or event. 



 

 

AUTOPAY / CANCELLATION TERMINATION POLICY

Fly Studios provides you with the flexibility to choose your start and stop dates rather than requiring you to adapt to a specific session with dates specified by us. To provide this flexibility to our customers, we operate an electronic payment plan that bills your credit card every four weeks. The first automatic billing occurs after four weeks of your child taking class, and every four weeks thereafter, until you notify us that you wish to cancel your enrollment. Each payment pays for four weeks in the future. We require a minimum of fourteen days (14) notice to cancel your electronic payment. Once we have received a signed cancellation form from you, we immediately stop any future automatic charges and your child finishes the remaining classes. When you cancel the auto payment plan with a completed cancellation request form (CRF), your child will have two (2) weeks of classes remaining.





 

CASH AND CHECK PAYMENTS:

Fly Studios accepts cash and checks to pay for a student's monthly tuition. However, our payment policy requires a credit card on file. A monthly tuition must be paid in full by cash/check payment methods before the set day of their autopay. If the student’s tuition is not paid in cash/check by the autopay date, our  system will charge the amount in full with the filed credit card . We ask that all clients who wish to make cash and check payments be clearly aware of their tuition dates by checking their online accounts regularly and/or by contacting a Fly staff member at 310.376.3300 or contact us via email.



MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS:
We do not grant credit or issue refunds for missed classes. A refund or credit will only be considered in the case of long-term illness or injury, or an unexpected relocation. A doctor's note needs to be provided, no exceptions. A 20% refund fee is applied to all refunds approved by Fly Studios. There is no Refund fee for refunds issued due to classes or camps cancelled by Fly Studios.



PAYMENT PENALTIES
A fee of $30 will be charged on all payments declined, returned and/or rejected by the credit card company.
If there is a declined autopay we will allow no more than 5 business days to resubmit a new payment. If payment is not received your account will be charged a $30 fee in additional to your regularly scheduled tuition.
A “no show” fee of $10 will be charged for any class the client is signed up for but does not show or shows up too late to enter the class safely (15 minutes after the start time of the class). The fee will be charged to the member’s credit card on file.


AUTOPAY SUSPENSIONS
Memberships may place a suspension for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Medical conditions will be considered case by case. Students must request a suspension on their autopay account by writing an email to flyforpower@gmail.com stating the dates for the hold to be guaranteed and must furnish proof of such form if a discrepancy occurs or payment will be prorated accordingly.



ONLINE CLASS RESERVATION
All students must reserve all classes online .  Due to the fact that we have a certain number of apparatuses and that we can only accommodate a certain number of students per class, we require an 8 hour cancellation notice from all of our students. Cancellation can be done online, email, or by calling the studio directly. A voicemail is sufficient for a class cancellation. If you cancel less than 8 hours or no-show for class, we will charge the credit on file $10. Also all classes in a package must be used within the month. No makeups or unused classes will rollover into the next month. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

BIRTHDAY/ EVENT REFUNDS AND POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required for all studio rentals- including Birthdays & Private Sessions (A $200 deposit is required to secure a basic party / A $400 deposit is required to secure a Big Top Theme Party). If you have purchased a Birthday Party or special event you will have fourteen (14) days before your party date to receive a full refund for cancellations or for rescheduling.
​Any additional guests over the max count of 20, will be an additional charge per participant. Please refer to the rates page for specific charges. Please Note: The ideal number for the party is 20, since games move faster and there's more time in the air for the guests
Deposit will go towards the party balance, due the day of the event. Any unpaid balances will be charged on the filed credit card.
Any applicable discounts/promotions must be applied at the time of placing a party deposit. Any discounts notified after the date of the deposit will not be applied.
Cash Gratuity is not included in the final price, but greatly appreciated by our staff!

PRIVATE SESSIONS / APPOINTMENT POLICIES
PAYMENTS: All privates must be paid in full to reserve a date.

LIABILITY FORMS: All attendees participating in a private must complete a liability form.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-hour notice cancellation policy:  Give us a 48 hour notice if you intend to cancel or move your appointment to another day to avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment. There are no exceptions whatsoever will ever be made except hospital emergencies. Since bookings made 48 hours or less before the appointment time fall into the 48-hour cancellation zone, they can not be cancelled or postponed without the cancellation fee charged which is the full price of appointment.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Membership may not be shared with another person, nor be transferred to another person.

Members agree that the use of the facility will be at member’s risk. Member waives any claim for injury to member for damage, loss, or theft of member’s property arising out of or in connection with use of the facility.

Membership privileges may be suspended for breach of rules and regulations, undesirable behavior, or violation of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The failure to enforce any portion of this agreement shall not effect the enforceability of that or any other provisions of this agreement.

If any amount does not agree with your records, please notify us immediately at 310.376.3300. Any discrepancies discovered after payment of a month’s dues will be adjusted on the next schedule draft date.

Fly Studios reserves the right to change facilities, fees, rates, hours, schedules, instructors, rules, regulations and policies.

Tuition is not inclusive of extra apparel, performance evaluation fees, or show costumes.

Tuition starts on the date of the purchase of your package. Promotional packages occasionally have a start/finish date, timed visit/schedule or expiration. All packages are subject to change at any time.

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged, or transferred. All reserved no-shows will automatically void reserved date/visit and will not be refunded or edited

A refund or credit for class packages or contracts will only be considered for unexpected relocation (minimum of 50 miles) or with a doctor's note for long term illnesses or injuries. You must notify us by email at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the cancellation can be effective. A 20% refund fee is applied to all refunds approved by Fly Studios.

A full refund will be given in the event Fly Studios cancels a class or workshop.

A full refund for long-term workshops will only be given within seven (7) days of notice prior to the workshop date. If it is less than 7 days or is mid session of a workshop, a 20% refund fee of the total price is applied to all refunds approved by Fly Studios.

Late Policy: students who are 15+ minutes late will not be invited into class for safety reasons, since they have missed the essential warm up needed for aerial training.
