WORK TRADE POSITIONS
Fly Studios are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, team spirited, coachable and dedicated individuals with good communication skills and a genuine love of children. This is a very physical and active position requiring hard work and hustle. This is an action-packed, on your feet all day kind of job. The right applicant would also need to be comfortable as the center of attention and not afraid to be dynamic, engaging, adventurous, creative, and playful even silly around kids/parents. A teaching degree is not required; in fact, personality is far more important to us! A background working with youngsters and/or experience in theatre, movement, sports, music, child psychology, or early childhood development is definitely a plus! Fly Studios allows our assistants to continue to learn and grow with our family and with this extremely ambitious business vision.
AERIAL INSTRUCTORS
We are seeking individuals with a background in Aerial Arts (silks, trapeze, lyra, etc). Fly Studios are looking for aerial instructors who LOVE teaching children and are looking for a stable career committed to instructing rather than performing. Building lasting relationships with our team and our students are extremely important to our school, and will not be the right fit for aerialists who seek to travel for performances. We have different levels of aerial classes and we also welcome intermediate level aerialists who would like to be trained into our program. We offer extensive teacher training certifications for those who fit our team culture and who want to take this position to the next level with us!
