Canceling At Fly Studios is Simple!

All Cancellations at Fly Studios requires a written form (email) to be completed below and sent during the cancellation time policy shown below: 



 

PLEASE ADD IN THE SUBJECT:



  • Full name of the student on the account
  • The date and description of the event, party, or appointment you wish to cancel.
  • A description of what type of cancellation (ie: membership auto pay, party reservation, private appointments).
  • For requests of autopay cancellations: include your monthly billing date if you have that information.
  • Any additional questions you may have.
  • A Fly team member will confirm your request within 7 business days. 





MEMBERSHIP AUTO PAY CANCELLATIONS:

     must be completed 14 days before your next billing date.

PARTY/EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

     must be completed 14 days before the event for a full refund.        

     Rescheduling days can be done at any time only upon availability.
PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS CANCELLATIONS:

    must be completed 48 hours before the session.
