LIL' WHIRLWINDS

Our Lil' Whirlwinds are children between the ages of 5 to 7.11 years old, who are ready to develop a strong foundation of fitness and air awareness as they enter a more focused exploration of aerial arts with us! At this age group, our Lil’ Whirlwinds program follows structured lesson plans that combines a full aerial curriculum intermixed with creative fun play all in a non competitive nurturing environment.  A unique pre-academy program of 3 levels (beginners, intermediate,and advance) which is designed to create achievable goals on the trapeze and silks while helping them to discover life skills: confidence, focus, teamwork, respect, imagination, memory, discipline, and coordination. With colorful patches to help create aerial milestone goals, each student can learn at their own pace that feels safe and comfortable. The vocabulary our young aerialists will learn in this class will be combined to make aerial choreography, building into exciting performance pieces. Our Lil' Whirlwinds will also have opportunities to perform in both informal recitals or for our annual showcases. So whether our Lil' Whirlwind's goal is fitness or for performance, our goal is to have them smiling big and bright through it all!
