Fly Aerial Coaches
You Must Meet All Requirements...
Fly Coaches are team leaders! They must be a reflection of nurturing positive energy and technical skill for ultimate safety. At Fly Studios we have an academy curriculum that teaches an extensive curriculum on the silks, static trapeze, and lyra from ages 5 - 15 years old. All our coaches train together with the rest of the staff on a weekly basis. Please note, that aerialists who are looking for work in between taking out of town performance gigs will not be a good fit for our school. Since we are a childrens' school we need teachers who can commit to a longer term vision and are interested in performing locally rather than out of town. A sense of stability is truly essential for all of our team members.
Schedule
* Must live local to South Bay, less than 30 min commute.
* Must be available:
Mon - Fri, for after school hours 3:00pm - 9:00pm. Saturday 9am - 2pm. These are not guaranteed shift hours, but your schedule will depend on available positions.
* Must be available for our mandatory weekly staff meetings/trainings on Tuesday evenings 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
Skills
* Must have INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE level of training on silks, trapeze, and/or lyra. Will be required to display your skills.
* Must have extensive professional aerial teaching experience to kids.
*Must have a playful spirit and LOVE kids!
*Must know how to work as a team and hustle!
Compensation
* This is a part time job, ideal if you are looking for a side job for additional income rather than supportive income.
*Our pay will be discussed to final candidates.
*All of our fly assistants will be trained into our curriculum, and will have access to open gym trainings Tues, Wed, & Thur evenings.
