Fly Aerial Arts Assistants
You Must Meet All Requirements...
Fly Assistants are extremely important to our team. They not only help to insure our childrens' safety in classes, but they will bring the level of customer service to our families. At Fly Studios we take on advance beginner to intermediate level aerial students who fit our positive culture and will invest into their training into our curriculum so they can eventually advance to grow in our company as future fly coaches. If you are looking to be a part of great culture and team, LOVE kids, and want to immerse in the aerial career possibilities then this might be the right fit!
Schedule
* Must live local to South Bay, less than 30 min commute.
* Must be available:
Mon - Fri, for after school hours 3:00pm - 9:00pm. Saturday 9am - 2pm. These are not guaranteed shift hours, but your schedule will depend on available positions.
* Must be available for our weekly staff meetings/trainings on Tuesday evenings 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
Skills
* Must have at least an Advance beginner or Intermediate level of training on silks. Will be required to display your skills.
*Knowledge of static trapeze and on the lyra is a plus!
*Must have a playful spirit and LOVE kids!
*Must know how to work as a team and hustle!
Compensation
* This is a part time job, ideal if you are looking for a side job for additional income rather than supportive income.
*Our pay begins at $10-$15/hour and we pay for weekly staff trainings/meetings.
*All of our fly assistants will be trained into our curriculum, and will have access to open gym trainings Tues, Wed, & Thur evenings.
